Catch-all Emails
Do you need to make a catch-all email account? What is a catch-all mailbox?
A catch-all email mailbox receives messages sent to inactive email addresses under the very same domain name. For example, an email message sent to the miswritten suport@domain.com will be delivered to support@domain.com if the catch-all feature has been activated for the latter. Thus, you can get email messages from acquaintances or customers who may have sent a message to your email address with a typo or to an obsolete one, which they may still have, but you have already deactivated. Just one single mailbox per domain can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be set up for such a mailbox. This is due to the fact that at some moment you may begin receiving spam emails in the catch-all mailbox and the forwarding limitation means that the spam will not be received in a 3rd-party mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
You will be able to create a catch-all mailbox with ease if you have a
cloud hosting account with us. The Email Manager tool in our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel is feature-loaded, yet remarkably easy to use, and it will enable you to enable different features, including the catch-all one, with no more than a couple of mouse clicks. All the email addresses that you have created will be displayed alphabetically in this section and on the right-hand side of each one of them you will notice a tiny "Catch-all" symbol. Clicking it once will enable this option, clicking on it again will deactivate it. Since you can have only one such catch-all mailbox per domain, our system will notify you if you already have a different mailbox with this feature activated or if you have activated email forwarding.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel that comes with each
semi-dedicated server plan that we offer will permit you to set up a catch-all email mailbox without any efforts even in case you don’t have much email/web hosting experience. All you have to do to accomplish that is click on the catch-all icon, which will be to the right of each mailbox that you’ve created using your domain names in the Email Manager section of the Control Panel. Since you can have just one single mailbox with this feature per domain name, our system will let you know if you have already configured a different catch-all mailbox or if the one that you’d like to use has email forwarding activated. If you decide that you don’t want this feature anymore, you can deactivate it by clicking again on the same icon. The Email Manager will also permit you to see your catch-all mailboxes at a glance.
