A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, because there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to transfer your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We will need to have the name of the site that you wish us to migrate. We’ll also need a way to log into your present web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: While we migrate your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
