Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just select the mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
